Rita has a particular interest in the role of Lifelong Learning in combatting social exclusion. Having carried out extensive research in the field, she has presented at international conferences in the UK, U.S.A. and India.
She has succeeded in winning contracts to carry out external evaluation on projects tackling inequality in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Rita has also done pro-bono work with projects at home and abroad helping to combat social exclusion.
